Data Deletion
You can disconnect providers and request deletion of your NearVance account and associated customer data. This page explains the current process and the limited records we may need to retain.
Effective and last updated: September 6, 2026
01Disconnect a provider
You can disconnect supported Google integrations from NearVance settings. You can also revoke NearVance access from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically delete NearVance account records needed to operate your subscription or respond to a deletion request.
02Request account deletion
Email hello@nearvance.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “NearVance data deletion request.” Tell us which account or business the request concerns.
We will verify your identity and authority before deleting customer data. If multiple people manage the same business, we may need to distinguish your personal account from business information another authorized owner must retain.
03What deletion covers
After verification, deletion can cover your profile, memberships that no longer have another business owner, imported provider data, generated drafts, settings, and integration tokens associated only with the deleted account or business.
Deleting a NearVance account does not delete a Google Business Profile, Google Analytics property, Search Console property, Help Scout conversation, or other record controlled by an external provider.
04Limited retention
We may retain narrowly limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, audit, dispute, and legal records where necessary or required. Isolated backup copies expire according to the backup lifecycle and are not returned to active use except for recovery. We delete or de-identify other associated information that is no longer needed.
